My Work

Since I was a child I loved to draw and paint. I grew up by the river and in the countryside and was always captivated by nature.I spent a lot of time drawing in the Life Class during my Foundation year in my teens.Later I extended my drawing and painting during my degree. This consolidated my work, and gave me a passion for painting.Since then my work has been a response emotionally and spiritually to the act of painting through the physicality and plasticity of working with paint.Colour is of primary importance and an expression of the natural world – not to copy but to respond and interpret nature.Please do contact me here.
